Physicians and nurses: 5 starsEverything else: 1 starFront office folks clearly hate their jobs and take out their misery on every person who walks through the door. I observed this as I waited over 2hrs to be seen despite having scheduled my appointment 2 months previously.So, if you're looking for an outstanding physician and willing to endure a good amount of b******* to see one, then this is the place for you.P.S. I've been a patient here for over 5 years. None of this is new.

I love this medical office. I left from a very busy medical practice that seemed to be always dropping the ball. McKenzie is a delight and Dr Snyder is like House MD. going and going till he finds the answers. I would highly recommend this place... but I don't want the best kept secret to get around to much.

The poor rating is for the office administrative staff interaction. I haven't seen any of these well-rated physicians because my conversation with the person who answered the phone was so unbelievably cold and uncomfortable. Condescending, patronizing, unsympathetic, and generally unresponsive. I have great health insurance (which is a huge privilege) and I'll find another doctor to see but I'd like their office to think about how they speak to people, especially potential new patients, on the phone. I'm an adult professional in a people-facing career myself and I know that life is complicated. A little bit of empathy, a kinder tone, less impatience would go a long way...read full review
