Amazing! Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever received! Kristen didn’t rush at all. She worked out some serious tension in my neck and shoulders and all throughout my back. She let my body tell her where it needed most attention. She knew exactly what I needed and used the perfect amount of pressure. Her room is very relaxing and comfortable. The massage table and linens, the music, the scents, the lighting- all of it was 100% perfect! Highly recommend!

My partner, Tema, and I have had massages all over the country and for decades. We are each very active and work at keeping our bodies healthy enough so they do not limit what we do. I am also a 61-year old competitive tennis player and basketball referee, so I routinely have muscle issues (calf, neck, back, shoulder, to name a few). Tema and I have NEVER experienced a massage therapist as skilled and helpful as Kristen/Wellness Massage. I believe this is only my second review on Yelp, and I am happy to use it to recommend Kristen. She has a deep knowledge of the anatomy and body, and can recommend stretches, etc., so you can continue to enjoy the relief you feel when you leave her table. And her prices are so reasonable (too reasonable in my opinion!!). Schedule an appointment with Kristen right away - you will not be disappointed!!
