Great experience with Tony Franks Heating and Air! We worked with Trevor, who was highly organized and very detail oriented. The quote was extremely reasonable and the work was superb. They replaced a coil and two damper motors and installed a new board and two new thermostats, all in an afternoon. They were careful to leave no mess and they stuck to their quote. The entire crew was a pleasure to deal with and I even got a call a few days after the work to see if everything was good. I highly recommend this local business!
They are able to come out sooner then a well known “bigger” company in town.
They’re honest, cheaper, and comes out to diagnose the problem sooner. AND, the diagnostic test fee is cheaper.
We called them last week because our brand new AC unit that was put in 3 years ago by Obrien kept breaking on us- they were able to come out the same day & helped us fix the problem.

What is not to like? Response to initial call was immediate. Since I knew the problem required a replacement, we discussed probable cost and timing - as well as the need to check availability.
Result. Prompt calls to keep me posted, confirm cost and availability, then timing of delivery and install. It is in as promised at cost quoted. You can not beat their commitment to customer satisfaction.
