Brian and Bruce did a fantastic job renovating the entire ground floor of my home. They installed a new vinyl floor throughout the level including the sunroom. They totally remodeled my kitchen with new everything as well as the master bathroom with a new linen closet and a new closet in the master bedroom. Brian and his team did a wonderful job renovating 2 of our bathrooms. They were reliable and communicated well. We are very happy with the end results and highly recommend Swanson Construction.
We moved to a house that needed significant restoration. Swanson Construction (SC) proved to be an excellent find. SC provided accurate plans, cost estimates and project completion over a two year period. Because of the quality, reliability and timeliness of its work, I also had Swanson Construction add a major addition to our home which included adding an elevator. Mr Swanson always showed up when he said he would and only once was late, when he had to take his wife to the emergency room. But even then he called me later that morning.
For the restoration SC replaced siding, updated existing bathrooms, enclosed a loft area and added another bathroom.... read full review
