Spencer Jarnagin Inspections

Spencer did our inspection for our home before our 11 month warranty walkthrough. He was professional, courteous and had a lot of knowledge. We had a different inspector on our pre-closing walkthrough that we weren’t happy with. Spencer found a lot things that the other inspector missed, saving us from costly repairs after the warranty period is over. The builder’s rep told us that he reviews inspection reports daily and has never seen a better one. Thanh you Spencer.
