If you have a lower extremity injury you need to be ready to stand for about 15 minutes while you're checking in if there isn't a wait. Check-in takes a while, and the counter is designed for standing so there aren't any seats. I had a really early appointment and I had to wait over 40 minutes to see the doctor and it turns out that he didn't even come in until half an hour after my appointment time. They never actually gave me a diagnosis and recommended physical therapy but I wasn't given a copy of the orders, I think because they want to keep it all in-house.
