Had a great experience with Thomas & Robert Long. Recently worked with Thomas in replacing a couple doors during a home renovation. A few years back we worked with Robert in replacing all exterior doors & windows at our home. Their attention to detail, promptness & professionalism is unmatched when it comes to contracting in my opinion. The product that Pella delivers & the representatives they employ are top notch. Highly recommend.

Tom Long provided my wife and I an excellent presentation on our options- the advantages and disadvantages of each- and really educated us so that we could make an informed decision regarding windows replacement. A very honest representative of a great company and product line. I would do business with him again!

I have been exceptionally pleased with the service and professionalism I have received from Carter Hamrick and the entire Pella staff. From my first contact with Carter to the final installation everything has been just as said. The installers Duane, Justin, and Charlie could not have been nicer and very professional by arriving on time, working diligently, and answering all my questions. The telephone staff were politely and frequently contacting me to update me on the progress of my order. After installation Carter returned to inspect and ask if I was satisfied with the final product.
