Campbell was excellent. When others said it would take days to fix my computer, he came to my home within 2 hours. He had to take the computer away in order to recover my files, a time consuming and tricky task. I recommend Campbell if you need premium quality service.

My PC was spontaneously hit by a voltage spike. I reached out to Cam mid-morning and he was able to meet with me that same day! I requested data recovery and potential laptop repair if possible. He worked through a holiday week to retrieve my data and as a bonus was able to repair my laptop too. He updated me on the status of the repair along the way; he explained each step of the process so that I could understand. He was honest about potential outcomes from the beginning. Still, he takes an empathetic approach to conversation with the customer and makes the customer feel as though they are the student opposed to just another ticket number.
