Thorough rug cleaning involves more than spraying/vacuuming a cleaning solution on the carpet surface. My son worked a summer for this company and saw first-hand how rugs are cleaned and treated through and through in several steps to restore and preserve the beauty of hand woven "art on the floor." From area rugs to room-sized rugs, all of ours have been cleaned with the expertise required for our investments. We've been satisfied customers for nearly 30 years.
I saw a review saying 'take forever and overpriced' and that is just nonsense! Quality work takes time and the price met my criteria of "I'll pay that rather than do it myself." My hand-knotted Flokati that I bought on the island of Crete was looking ragged. OR&CC cleaned it beautifully, I was stunned. It looks as good now as the day I bought it 40-some years ago. Just super pleased.
