From Matt in sales to Mike and Derick who implemented the new system, all work was done carefully. Mike and Derick were very careful to keep things as clean as possible with the removal and addition of duct work. All were polite and friendly, and quick to answer questions and keep me in the loop about their progress. I couldn't ask for better. I highly recommend them.

Job went reasonably well. New system installed had a faulty motor that caused system to malfunction in the first day. They came the next day. Diagnosed the problem and replaced motor so far its still functioning. This is only day three, keeping our fingers crossed.
