My husband was air lifted to Novant-New Hanover Regional Medical Center and was admitted to ICU (Caridac). We are very pleased with the entire staff in that Dept. (including receptionist, food service, and janitorial) My husband recieved excellent care. The staff was caring, friendly, very infomative, and very professional. Dr. Wigman, Dr. Stiger, Cassidy (PA), Carrie (RN), Michelle (RN) and all who were involved in the care of my husband are absolutely AMAZING and we would like to ESPECIALLY acknowledge Preston for his compassion, personality, and his professionalism. Specifically "Vicki, RN and Dr Jacob Schafer or Shaffer"Enter Sandman or Sandmaam, Of which I am not sure. I would love to say I remembered an amazing experience and everyone was polite and professional. It all started with someone saying, "we're going to help you relax and that's what that medicine is" then something like, " this is oxygen, just breathe naturally" I must add that up to this point everyone was polite and professional. Past this point I'm sure everything was fine. Only thing is, I can't remember ANYTHING. My specialist eye dr didn't want to wait till Aug. So last week he told me to check in. I did. Those ladies helpful. Audra the night nurse took very good care of me. Made me feel comfortable, the CT teams where amazing!!! They make ya laugh !!! Josh and his team from the nuescience they where completely amazing. I'm definitely coming back for the kind treatment!!!
