My dear friend had a death in the family; I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day. I placed the order around 5pm EST, when the shop was technically closed. I input the wrong billing information. When I realized it, I reached out in a panic. Despite the fact that it was after hours, they got back to me right away, reassuring me that everything would be okay and my friend would get her flowers on time. Mother of Wild did an amazing job for my wedding (elopement) bouquet. I requested a special flower in honor of my late mother in law and Alyssa did the most amazing job. It truly made our day special and made this piece something special we will always remember.
