From Bruce being so personable and professional to Mackenzie keeping us up to date with any changes or earlier openings available and Kevin leading such an organized team the day of the install. So very happy with this company!! They replaced a lot of roofs in our community after hurricane Florence, including mine. After 6 years my roof needed some minor repairs. Nick came out with Alex and Froylong and got right on it in 95 degree heat. So pleasant and professional. Got the job done and a few extra things that needed attention! So pleased to get such good service from Kinsey and Alexa in the office to the guys on the roof. Best of all they said no charge ... it's covered under our warranty!! Will definitely tell people about Monarch Roofing!!
