This was my second time going there. Excellent staff, clean facility. I was lucky and got right in without much of a wait. Every person was friendly. Zero drama, nice office! They are a blessing!!!!

Always accommodates the needs of each individual patient, with care to provide safe and thorough care for all patients. I have seen each physician, fnp and nurse over the last yr and always have a pleasant experience. Excellent care!

I have been here far more times than I care to recall on the last 4 years but every single time I’ve been able to be seen in a timely manner, staff is great, and the doctors are attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Masonboro Urgent Care is a Primary Care credentialed walk-in clinic that operates on a same-day, walk-in basis for Wilmington, Carolina Beach, and the surrounding New Hanover area. We charge a primary care copay. There is no need to wait for an appointment. Our services include 24-hour on-call service, sports physicals, immunizations, vision screenings, treatment of lacerations, sprains, strains, and fractures, diagnosis of coughs, colds, and flu, IV hydration, in-house lab work, and onsite X-rays.
