I placed an online order for a countertop. Within 15 minutes of placing the order Chaz called me to follow up. He informed me he had received the order, and would have my countertop the following Thursday. He also said he’d call me as soon as he received it. Promptly, I got a call from him the following Thursday, and we made the 2.5 hour drive to pick it up the next day. When we arrived, he greeted us and got us loaded up quickly. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.

LL Flooring in Wilmington is awesome! Customer service was outstanding. They walked me through the purchasing process and recommended what was best for my project. Pricing was so much better than anything else I found. They even went out of their way to get me an outside vendor to deliver to me being I was out of their delivery area. My floor is everything I dreamed of.
