Evaluation and inspection showed me a few areas in which I could improve my guttering system. Preparing a plan and subsequent cost with Andrew Hasty was a very fair and I felt no pressure to sign on. He made a few concessions to keep the cost down, and I made a few to get the best system for my needs. Once we agreed, it was a fairly simple process to refine the cost, get funding approval, and arrange for a crew to come in and do the job in a professional manner. All approval and documentation was done online with my phone and some conversations by Andrew on his. Work was accomplished within 4 hours by an efficient crew of two men. Had new seamless gutters and Leaf Filter installed last week. Was especially impressed by Shane from the Wilmington, NC location. He came out twice to inspect and make sure that everything was done correctly and that we were satisfied with the final results. Thanks!
These people were on time, very friendly and professional at the same time. They showed up in the morning and had gutters and Leaf Filter installed within 5 hours and when they left I only found 1 screw on the ground and I was so happy because I needed a screw just like it for a chair.
