Fast, Fair, and Friendly! James and Son installed a new unit for us in 2018. The experience then was very pleasant and the unit has worked great! This holiday weekend our drip pan filled with water, tripped the sensor, and we were left without cold air! I emailed James and Son and they got back to me the same day and had a technician out to troubleshoot the very next day. Nothing wrong with the unit at all, turns out it just got overworked (froze over) from us having an exterior door open during some recent construction.
