Carlos and Cindy put in LVP for us as part of a renovation project we were doing as well as replacing our carpeted stairs with Oak. The work was excellent with focus on detail. Carlos did amazing work transitioning the oak stairs to the LVP. Cindy and Carlos were great to deal with throughout the project and I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
I highly recommend Impress flooring. We recently replaced all the flooring in our house on our first floor and Impress flooring did an excellent job. The owner Cindy was great to work with, she was patient and very helpful with the different floors we picked out. Cindy answered any questions we had and made recommendations regarding different flooring options. We had an opportunity to pay in full and received a 20% discount off the flooring, normally I would not pay In full but I felt confident with Impress Flooring. Cindy showed up each day to check in to see how things were going and her husband was onsite to assist the worker’s. The two men that installed the floors and bullnose were professional, polite and did a very good job with install and clean up.
Carlos and Impress Hardwood Floors corrected issues with our previously installed LVP floor which was installed by another company contracted by our builder. The floor was not properly prepared prior to the original install and there was so much inconsistency (holes, bumps and humps) in the concrete subfloor. Impress Hardwood lifted areas of the flooring, filled holes, leveled/sanded the humps/bumps and the floor was Re-installed. All work was professionally done, neatly and in a timely manner. We now have a more consistent floor and are so much happier. Thank you Carlos
