Fantastic service! This review was long overdue but after my recent routine service I felt I needed to add my thoughts. Rewind back to the summer time...we had our in-laws coming to stay with us and the upstairs unit decided it was time to be replaced. Not only did they fit us in to have our system replaced under very short notice but the courtesy and professionalism was certainly unmatched when compared to the other companies we have used in the past. My apartment AC went out today so maintenance came and checked, the AC fan was completely out. Maintenance called HVAC StarPlus. They got to my apartment within 30 minutes and had my AC fan changed and working within an hour! Extremely professional, super nice, and prompt service!
