“I called AC Cycle on a Sunday due to my A/C going out on a Saturday evening. Jason answered the call and assisted me with a series of trouble-shooting steps. He asked a number of relavant questions and it was like he knew exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it, literally over the phone. He had me take a couple steps and worked with me over the phone throughout the entire Sunday.

At the end of the day, I was able to resolve my own issue without Jason having to come out to where I live. He simply worked the issue with me over the phone. He answered my calls and text messages throughout the day, without hesitation. On a Sunday!!

I offered to give him money for his time and expert services he provided throughout the day and he would not accept my offers.

I cannot begin to describe how satisfied I am with this experience, working with Jason over the phone. I have read horror stories of being taken advantage of by A/C repair men and Jason was literally, truly the exact opposite. He IS the bar when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

“Bought a house in 2019 with the whole AC system replaced in December of 2018 by another company. Nothing but problems with that system ever since. Every time I had an issue when the warranty was still good on my system Magic and his team came out the same day I called and within a half hour of being at my home they had figured out the problem and ordered parts for me to have it fixed even though they weren’t the ones who installed it. My factory warranty finally ran out in December of 2023 and of course my compressor failed 6 months later in the middle of the night… I called Magic first thing that morning and four hours later he was at my house and the issue was diagnosed. After considering my options and all the bad luck I had experienced with the cheap system the previous homeowner had installed at my house, I decided to have a whole new system installed instead of replacing the compressor as I wasn’t confident in the longevity of the other components any longer. Four days later Magic and his team installed a whole new system in my house for an incredibly reasonable price in less than 6 hours. I will never call anyone else for home HVAC repairs. Magic is the owner and he sure does live up to his name. Could not be more satisfied with the work performed.“

So I got Fleming's number from her when my HVAC outdoor would not start.I called Paul at 5PM on a Wednesday and he said he had a big job on Thursday, so he scheduled me for 1-2PM on Friday. “Place was great. Unload appointment was 8:00am, arrived a little early, was put right to the loading dock and they got me unloaded quickly. Easy to get in and out and plenty of room to back up to dock. This is not a 24/7 warehouse, so if you have a first in the morning appointment and will be here in the middle of the night, there's room to park and sit. But only recommend doing that if you're an 8am appointment because the place isn't huge.“
