I cannot say enough great things about Dr. O’Kane and the staff. They are always so kind and caring with each of our cats and truly go above and beyond to make sure they’ve answered any and all of our questions. We are so grateful for this team and our babies are too!
My mom and I have always and only brought our dogs to Hanover Regional Animal Hospital! No if ands or buts that's the only place that I trust with my family (animals lol). Somehow or another they always get managed to see one of my dogs if an emergency comes up (which has happened a few times - even if it was just my paranoia of something may be wrong.) Also there Wellness car plan works so well! You don't have to expect a bill at the end of a visit once shots are given an wellness check, etc.. It's all covered in my plan! This vet, is hands down, the best veterinary hospital/office in wilmington. Every single time i’ve come i’ve gotten amazing service by the best, and most welcoming staff. They really do go above an beyond what’s required. Every time i’m in they make sure to get us back to a room as soon as possible and they make sure to answer every question, and explain everything in an easy way to understand. Through thier work and ethic, you can see it plain as day they care about what they are doing and the animals they are seeing every day.
