I had facial electrolysis and now only the lighter hairs are coming in sparsely. My results have been great! The place is also very clean and relaxing. I do highly recommend getting a prescription facial numbing cream from your doctor or dermatologist as electrolysis can be painful. A++ place right here I can't recommend Hailee/Cape Fear enough :)!“

In contrast, at Summit, the scheduling specialist was kind and understanding. As an educator I need appointments during non school hours. She put me on a wait list and contacted me twice until we found a good slot.

Once I was in the office, the team at check-in was just as warm and welcoming. I noticed as I waited my turn, they were professional and kind to everyone who entered. When it was my turn to go to the back, Maddie and Lauren were equally kind and professional. I voiced some concerns related to my skin and there was no rushing, just inquisitive, professional questions. Dr. Shedlofsky was also very welcoming! She gave me a thorough evaluation and provided recommendations I’d never heard of to help me better protect and treat my skin for past and future damage from the sun to avoid cancer.
