Four Star Heating and Air Wilmington

Bought a house in 2019 with the whole AC system replaced in December of 2018 by another company. Nothing but problems with that system ever since. Every time I had an issue when the warranty was still good on my system Magic and his team came out the same day I called and within a half hour of being at my home they had figured out the problem and ordered parts for me to have it fixed even though they weren’t the ones who installed it. My factory warranty finally ran out in December of 2023 and of course my compressor failed 6 months later in the middle of the night… I called Magic first thing that morning and four hours later he was at my house and the issue was diagnosed.... read full review

"Magic" at Four Star Heating & Air installed both of the units at my home almost 20 years ago.....and they are still running fine! He is the ONLY one I've ever called to service them when needed. He's now installed the unit at my rental as well and, on short notice, came out last week to quickly fix it and keep our tenant happy. Thanks Magic for 20 years of great service! Ben Arredondo

We’ve used Four Star Heating and Air on three separate occasions over the past few years for separate issues. Each time they’ve come out the same day and been easy to communicate with. The issues were fixed quickly and very affordable. Great company and we feel lucky to have found them!
