Flores and Foley have revived this 1841 house after multiple storms- Florence was a great disaster and the water (living on THE high spot of New Hanover C0 with the winds sweeping up Cottage lane) had pushed and pulled the standing seam roof to the point of BIG TROUBLE.. Water was cascading down an interior wall like a fountain. They came, were supportive, had a plan and worked and reworked it until all the house was secure and dry. We truly appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail that the crew members from Flores and Foley exhibited while completing our roof replacement. They were accommodating and quick to solve any problems that occurred. The process for a homeowner to choose a competent roofer can make them feel uncertain about who to choose, but after meeting with Flores & Foley representatives, it became very clear who we felt comfortable and confident with to put on our new roof.
