I wasn't impressed with this company both when ordering or picking up once received. I ordered the flooring and then had them quote the install. They came out and said it needed dividers between each room which didn't align with what was previously installed. They sent me a total of 7 emails with "Updated Quotes" attached and all were different but no context to the change in the email or did they call to tell me why the change was necessary. I ended up finding a lower quote from a more reputable install company that was suggested by another flooring company and they said individual room dividers was the old school method of installation and hadn't really been done in...read full review
