We have been astonished how this business even exist.Just look at the pictures. Incompetence made us speechless. Promises of correcting errors vanished.Response from the business has not come.

I wasn't impressed with this company both when ordering or picking up once received. I ordered the flooring and then had them quote the install. They came out and said it needed dividers between each room which didn't align with what was previously installed. They sent me a total of 7 emails with "Updated Quotes" attached and all were different but no context to the change in the email or did they call to tell me why the change was necessary. I've done Flooring for a long time so when my aunt texts me some pictures and shows me the hack job provided by the "contractor" that this company sent out, I was in disbelief. The installer clearly has no idea how to properly install Vinyl Plank or Laminate. He stacked an alternating pattern right down the middle of the kitchen and the living room; had 3.5" spacing between end joints (warranty requires 6"); installed base shoe upside down; left no expansion at the walls... so basically, voided every warranty the manufacturer would have given. Now as for the owner... he bid the job including the master bathroom. Didn't account for a vanity that has an open bottom being a problem. It has to be removed to get the tile out but said not to worry about it. The installer had no clue what to do. OK skip the bathroom. It's been 3 days on a two day job and these guys still aren't done. They're getting kicked off the job on Monday. Both the owner and the installer have been rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional. Keep away or beware.
