“Not my first visit here but certainly the scariest. This was not a routine eye exam for me but rather a medical issue. I did not expect going into my appointment that I would be leaving and having surgery on my eye the same day. Dr. Strange was AMAZING as was the rest of the team. It was late on a Friday, the surgery center wasn't answering their phone, Dr Strange and the techs tried szeveral different routes to ensure I was taken care of. I am grateful for them taking the time and being so supportive. So thankful for his thouroughness and patience ( I was panicked fror sure) to explain the issue, what to expect, and his reassurances that everything would be ok!“

I can’t thank them enough for their assistance and attention to detail.“

I was told no problem, received email immediately with postage paid return label and a new pair of glasses with correct prescription was in the mail to me that day. Amazing customer service!“
