I have been taken right at the appointment time, kept informed of progress, given both verbal and written instructions and had most pleasant and professional interactions with various personnel. “Dr. Lydia Shedlofsky and her staff are simply amazing! I’ve been trying to switch dermatologists for a while because I felt my previous dermatology office lacked warmth. In contrast, at Summit, the scheduling specialist was kind and understanding. As an educator I need appointments during non school hours. She put me on a wait list and contacted me twice until we found a good slot.<br><br>Once I was in the office, the team at check-in was just as warm and welcoming. I noticed as I waited my turn, they were professional and kind to everyone who entered. When it was my turn to go to the back, Maddie and Lauren were equally kind and professional. I voiced some concerns related to my skin and there was no rushing, just inquisitive, professional questions. Dr. Shedlofsky was also very welcoming! She gave me a thorough evaluation and provided recommendations I’d never heard of to help me better protect and treat my skin for past and future damage from the sun to avoid cancer. I’m definitely going back to Summit on Shipyard!“

“Fantastic staff from front office checking in to every PA and Aide ive worked with the last 10 years. One cavaet, last Oct 23 visit i was covered with Scabies and a tick bite from a Hotel stay I was treated for the Scabies but nit the tick bite Thought to be benign. Thus began a trauma of six months of multiple Tick borne infections and a dozen co-infections. Ticks and Scabies are highly infectious and should be treated aggressively or prophylactically with 21days of doxycycline IMO.“

“Dr crane and Dr Harris are both really good drs and I will be making sure I stick with them for my skin checks and any procedures I need done. Another Dr here at this office with short dark curly hair (I forgot her name) saw me for a skin check about a month ago and I pointed out two new spots on my face. She referred me to an eye specialist to have one removed and the other one she just said “with where that’s at on your nose, I’ll just leave it because I don’t want to give you a scar”…no offense, I think that’s pretty unprofessional and neglectful too..I care wayy more about catching skin cancer spots early than I do about scars…“
