Quick to respond to my initial inquiry and also to set an appointment for the actual repair work. I needed two ducts that were rusted out repaired. Chris is an honest man and very reasonable in estimating the cost of repairs. Randy fixed both in a timely manner and said that Chris would be billing me. WOW, I didn't think that was even done anymore! I've had other services performed where the companies wanted me to pay for work BEFORE it was even started, never mind completed. I highly recommend this company for any AC problems or concerns!
Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Randy and Justin were the technicians and were absolutely amazing to work with. They showed up when they said they would and made sure we were completely satisfied with the service before leaving. We will definitely call them back for all of our heating and cooling needs.
Fantastic company. Chris helped convert my internal venting range hood to an external vent. The professionalism he and Randy showed in the process was top notch. Despite some original builder-related issues, Chris and Randy were able to troubleshoot and get my cooking smells vented outside. Highly recommend.
