The week before July 4 our downstairs AC unit decided to die and since we have used Brinson and Sons in the past,I gave them a call. Unfortunately, this is the hot deason and we could not get scheduled for a new unit install until July 10. We suffered through the heat and want to say that we were absolutely happy with the process. The guys that showed to do the work were Stephen and Brian. Pleasant, helpful, and courteous. We were sitting for my 2 year old grandson who loves to watch work and ask questions. Cameron has been out to fix/service my AC several times and is GREAT! He always puts out quality work. He’s very friendly and extremely responsive. I even had him put in my grandmothers new system. 10/10 recommend.Services: HVAC system maintenance
Always friendly and quick to respond to any emergency needs I have had with my ac unit. They did the installation many years ago and I don't have to use them for repairs but I choose to because they're good people
