5/5 stars still isn’t enough for Chase with Bluewater Plumbing. We were quoted in the thousands for a hot water heater tank and thousands more for a shower faucet repair by another reputable and well-liked company in the Wilmington area. We called Bluewater for a second quote and holy moly what a difference! Less than 60 minutes from our first point of contact, and our tank thermostat and faucet were fixed for $400. Yes, $400–a FRACTION of what we were told we had to pay. It’s this level of service and professionalism that almost makes me wish I needed to call a plumber more often! We’ll be lifelong loyal customers from here on out!
I had Bluewater Plumbing Company replace all my quest waterlines in my house the crawl space and in my walls and replace it with Pex waterlines. This was a two and half days of work . The two man crew Mike & Eli Scholer worked diligently to get the job done . Each day before they left they made sure we had water and that there were no leaks. They also removed all the quest waterlines from my crawl space. They both were very professional as they worked Mike didn’t have to make but four cuts in my sheetrock inside my house because of Mikes knowledge the cuts he made were easily screwed back to the wall. Mike and his son Eli done a greatjob !
Mike and Tray were great! I had a difficult clog in my main sewer line that took multiple attempts and visits to clear. They communicated what was going on and next steps throughout the entire process and eventually got everything cleared! I appreciate their kindness and dedication to getting the job done! Thanks guys!
