They have over 30 years of experience in plumbing repair and installation, and are praised for their excellent communication and follow-up. One customer had all their quest waterlines replaced with Pex waterlines in their house, including those in the crawl space and walls. The two-man crew, Mike and Eli Scholer, worked diligently for two and a half days to complete the job, ensuring that there were no leaks before leaving each day. They also removed all the old waterlines from the crawl space and made minimal cuts in the sheetrock. Another customer required outdoor plumbing system repair, and was impressed with the service provided by Bluewater Plumbing. They mentioned that they will definitely use the company for all their future plumbing needs at the beach. Mike and Tray from Bluewater Plumbing Service were able to clear a difficult clog in a customer's main sewer line, despite multiple attempts and visits being required. The customer appreciated their kindness and dedication to getting the job done, and commended them for their communication throughout the process.

5/5 stars still isn’t enough for Chase with Bluewater Plumbing. We were quoted in the thousands for a hot water heater tank and thousands more for a shower faucet repair by another reputable and well-liked company in the Wilmington area. We called Bluewater for a second quote and holy moly what a difference! Less than 60 minutes from our first point of contact, and our tank thermostat and faucet were fixed for $400. Yes, $400–a FRACTION of what we were told we had to pay. It’s this level of service and professionalism that almost makes me wish I needed to call a plumber more often! We’ll be lifelong loyal customers from here on out!
