Buyer Beware!- I hired this company to do turnovers for my vacation rental. Originally they were very responsive,and seemed great. We decided on a price, they tried to up-sell me a few times, and we went over dates. I made them a key code for my front door. The day they were supposed to come for the first cleaning, they never showed up. I reached back out 4 times, and I never heard back from them. I reached out to the corporate office instead of the person I had been talking with(Jane). The main office never answered either. BUYER BEWARE! DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM A PAM DANNUNZIO (LELAND, NC) OR JAMES MCGEEHAN (ACME CLEANING SERVICES, WILMINGTON NC). THEY SHOW PICTURES OF PRODUCTS THEY BUILD (PICS - COPYRIGHT ILLEGALITIES FROM ETSY, PIER ONE, LOWES, HOME DEPOT), TAKE A DOWN $$ PAYMENT BUT NEVER BUILD PRODUCT, NEVER CALL BACK. SCAM. PHONE NUMBERS ALL DISCONNECTED. AWOL. REPORTING TO PAYPAL + SMALL CLAIMS COURT. HOW MANY OTHER INNOCENT CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF OUT THERE???? THEY ARE A MEMBER OF FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE.
