I called AC Cycle on a Sunday due to my A/C going out on a Saturday evening. Jason answered the call and assisted me with a series of trouble-shooting steps. He asked a number of relavant questions and it was like he knew exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it, literally over the phone. He had me take a couple steps and worked with me over the phone throughout the entire Sunday.
At the end of the day, I was able to resolve my own issue without Jason having to come out to where I live. He simply worked the issue with me over the phone. He answered my calls and text messages throughout the day, without hesitation. On a Sunday!!

I am writing this review from Wilmington, NC in August and am 9 months pregnant. Enough said. A brief power outage caused our HVAC unit to go down. The guys at AC Cycle came recommended by a neighbor of ours and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them. Long story short, they worked hard to track down all the parts needed to repair our system and got it back up and running quickly. When they discovered they were going to need to come back the following day with another part, they even offered to lend us their window unit to make sure we were comfortable overnight. Having A/C issues with the temperature in my house approaching 80 degrees. I called AC cycle and within an hour, they were here and my A/C was working shortly thereafter. Highly recommend this company. Prompt, honest, professional service.
