A local contractor doing renovation work in my home had given unlicensed day laborers access to my house keys and they accessed my home well after acceptable business hours, on more than one occasion. I no longer felt safe in my own home. A-1 listened to my concerns and offered solutions so I'd feel comfortable moving back in. The owner came out and changed up everything. Very considerate, didn't try to over sell new locks and refurbished/re-keyed my existing ones. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work/help/suggestions and feel considerably safer. Thomas was professional and informative from the initial call a couple of days ago and during the actual installation. He kept us informed as he was installing new locks on our home. I would highly recommend A-1 lock and key service if you are looking for professional services at a reasonable price!

I highly recommend this company! I had a dire situation and Thomas was here within a few hours, was friendly, professional, and did his best to make it cost effective!! I wish all customer service was like this!!!
