I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Bob Young Appliance. Our mountain house refrigerator had an issue with the door closing all the way. We were told by another company that it would take over two weeks to get the part and get it repaired, that we should just buy a replacement. After buying a replacement through a big box store they failed to deliver it after three attempts and cancellations. I called Bob Young Appliance and he found a cheaper but same quality replacement that could have been delivered same day. Honest hardworking people. Took my dryer in the get looked at and the man had it fixed and running in 20 minutes and showed me what to do if it happens again. Can't ask for better service and wouldn't take my stuff anywhere else. Also was VERY reasonably priced. Not only on repairs but on their appliances as well. Like I said honest, hardworking people.

Went there for a heating element, they tested a relay on the element. It was bad and they gave me the relay, installed it, for no charge. Saved me money, so they will keep my business, because they cared.
