Okay products, horrible service. They lost 2 of my last shipments, one took over 2 months to deliver and the other was never delivered but they still charged me. Last order have had trouble with shipping and impossible to get in touch with anyone that can help.

Dont expect to be unloaded 1 minute earlier than your appointment. Every single dock is open, with people who are capable of unloading myself and another driver, but refuse to do anything. Luckily I'm not waiting 5+ hours on the yard like the other driver parked next to me. Why make drivers wait countless hours if you can unload them? It's simply not caring about other people. It's disrespectful.

My driver arrived 5/13/2022 at 9:44am . Checked in , handed paperwork only to be told she had to unload 10 heavy skids off the back of a 22 floor box truck , by herself! After going back and forth with broker and company for 3 hours they finally opened her doors to look at freight and decided to unload her. It only took them 5 minutes to unload her. Never again will she go there . They wanted her to unload 10 skids with pellet jack.
