“Chris was a great help! I know little to nothing about computers and Chris was able to remote into my laptop and guide me as to what updates and specifications I needed to be able to work from home grading AP Exams. I was a bit nervous at first about giving someone permission to remote into my computer but I found him to be trustworthy and I would not hesitate to allow him to access my laptop in the future, if needed. By being able to remote into my computer it saved me a great deal of time. Chris is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. In the short time I was on the phone with him he taught me several important things I did not know about how to maintain the health of my computer. He never tried to sell me anything.
