Been using Butler's HVAC Service for 10 + years and have recommended them to other family & friends. The Butler group from Jenny and others in the ofc to Farrell and his team on-site are very professional, considerate, and top notch with the services they provide. Also, they are excellent communicators with updates if needed and a very fair price! They've always come through with exactly what is needed. 5 Plus Stars from my household!
They are very good and stand behind their work. Had to get a piece fixed on my gas pack and they repaired it, two days later another part messed up, they came a little before 5 pm on a Friday to fix it and worked all the way through the dark to make sure it was running before they left!
Chris and John from Butler were at our house immediately. Quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave me loads of info on extending the life of my unit. All at a very reasonable price. I felt that we were in expert hands.Thanks guys!
