I've used The Cool Guys for repair of an old unit, installation of a new unit, and regular maintenance and had great experiences with every single employee. I cancelled my home warranty so I could be sure The Cool Guys did the work because they're so much better than anyone the warranty company ever sent. The Cool Guys hires really good people. Their employees know their trade, can solve any problem, are friendly and courteous, keep you informed at every step of the way, and then check in after the job is done to make sure you're happy. Aaron was my technician. He’s the BEST that I’ve had in a long time that was very professional and well mannered. He knew what it was talking about and just gave Great service. Cool Guys you need to keep this guy around for long as you can. We don’t get these type of workers to often.
