Negative 30 PLUS stars!!!! Do yourself a favor and RUNNN!! WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had that forced me to file a complaint with the CPA board! Not only is the secretary/office assistant in the Wendell office DISGUSTINGLY RUDE, but not just ONE, but TWO licensed CPA's (one being the OWNER of this firm) somehow reviewed and MISSED filing TWO of my 1099's that they had in hand from 2021 which has resulted in me owing the IRS OVER $13,000 (found out in 2023) when I was told that I was paid in full with the IRS! Mr. King in my opinion was the most unprofessional and offensive person I have EVER dealt with and the worst part is that he blamed ME (the customer) for not finding THEIR mistake and cut me a settlement check for $793 LESS of penalties and fees than what I currently owe the IRS and interest is being tacked on daily that otherwise would not be happening had they reported my income correctly in the first place!! Now because of their incompetence, I have a long road ahead of me with dealing with the IRS to try and fix their mistake!!! Do yourself a favor and find yourself a COMPETENT CPA/FIRM because from my experience, this is NOT it!! If I took my own advice I would be getting money back this year instead of being in a hole with the IRS that is getting deeper by the day!!!

So initially it seemed like I came to the right place after talking to Ronnie. Went in for cpa services and tax preparation. Over time I started to notice that questions i asked regarding certain tax codes and financials were not explained clearly or correctly. Additionally we were told one price and after few weeks they tried to charge more than triple the agreed upon amount. When asked about this I was told not to worry about the money let’s just get it done. Long story short I found a more knowledgeable and upfront company and called to retrieve all documents from HB Morgan. At that time I was met with hostility and disrespect.
