My name is Rebecca. I live near Wendell. If you are a person who has been appointed an executor of a will and need legal assistance, my husband and I can highly recommend Terrell Thomas. His expertise spoke volumes and he made sure everything was in order with the court system. He can help even if the estate is not in a local county, in fact our situation was in Henderson County. All the people we had to deal with in his office were friendly, helpful and considerate of us and our needs. If you are facing an executor ordeal, and ours was just that, an ordeal in many aspects, you will do yourself a favor in Terrell Thomas. There are many good lawyers, probably most are pretty good. But, why settle for good when you can have better? And why settle for better when you can have best? And why settle for best when you can have the very best! This was the second legal issue we had handled by Mr. Thomas. He was the very best in both. If you are reading this, you probably are in need of legal guidance and assistance. We urge you to do yourself a favor: call him today!
As a Philadelphia based Machine Shop Owner with literally no ties to NC I found myself contesting an idiotic business suit in North Carolina after another lawyer failed to have my matter dismissed for obvious lack of jurisdiction. To compound my predicament, after firing my seemingly deficient council, I answered the plaintiff's complaint and levied a counterclaim acting as a pro-se defendant for both my person and my LLC which was also named in said suit. With the plaintiff's lawyer fighting for a default judgment against my LLC (who I can not legally represent pro se), I enlisted Joe Howell who was highly recommended to me by a fellow machine shop owner I cold called out of a Yellow pages listing. That the individual thought enough of Joe to return my voice mail days later to vouch for Joe's character says a lot in my book. With Joe firmly in my corner, an arduous and drawn out fight ensued that ultimately culminated in the delusion plaintiff PAYING ME a low five figure sum to settle the matter. Joe's considerable trial experience and knowledge of the law were invaluable, particularly since so much of my case and the plaintiff's conduct was downright bizarre. If I had another business dispute in North Carolina I would hire Joe Howell immediately.
