I wanted give Kudos to Patti Craven at the Wendell, NC H&R Block office. I had an issue with my 2024 Federal return and wasn't sure which way to turn after I got the letter from the IRS but since I had used HRB's self-filing software I decided to pay her a visit and man, she took care of the issue quickly with professionalism. In spite of her being in the middle of doing corporate returns she MADE the time to help me......nothing against HRB's customer service but I KNOW if I had to rely on them this issue would still be unresolved.

I cannot overemphasize the sense of relief I had when I left her office. And KNOWING that she is LOCAL, in Wendell, cannot be overstated....read full review
