“Came out to fix a window leak. Took the siding apart found the issue, hopefully corrected the issue. (Won't know until it rains) but they're confident that the tape around the window was the issue. I'd it doesn't work then the cost of the repair comes out if the new window installing price, now that's pretty awesome.
Also, this is one of the few companies that actually responded and came out to check. Most others blew the issue off or just never responded.“

We ended up replacing the small area of gutters on our new build and had Prestige place new 6'' Black gutters on the entire house. “Ben answered my call over the weekend when I discovered a small leak in the roof that ended up leaking through to a bedroom. He walked me through how to contain the leak in the attic, since I was able to get to the section that was compromised. That action at least stopped the leak to the bedroom until he could come out and assess the situation. He was very punctual for the site assessment and wrote up for me the exact issue that caused the leak along with a couple of other recommendations upon his inspection of the entire roof. Once we agreed on a remediation plan, Ben scheduled the time to come back and completed the repair. Again, he was on time and showed up when he said he would. I was very happy with Ben and his honesty from start to finish, along with being on time, and the quality of work he did. I would highly recommend you call Ben for your roofing needs.“
