If they even consider it, the estimate shows that they’d prefer not do it. So, 6 months later, I find Keyway and Bill and Sonya. Finally, a honest, reliable and reasonable roofing company to help me. What a relief to have it fixed! New flashing, a cricket and kick back at gutter. Highly recommend Keyway Construction and Roofing and they will be my only call in the few short years when I qualify for a full roof replacement.“

“If Diogenes and his lantern ever come to Charlotte looking for an honest man, they should go straight to John. I asked him to inspect my home’s crawl space and let me know of any problems that needed to be addressed. After doing the inspection he informed me (gasp!!!) that everything was fine and no work was needed. This after another company, who shall remain nameless but whose initials are DP, tried to convince me the same crawl space needed over $ 20,000.00 of work to set things right. “Our home is only 3 years old but we were having issues with water leaking in our second floor ceiling when it is raining continuously for hours. Mike McCoy stopped by, quickly found out what is causing the problem, took pictures, showed us those pictures and guided/referred on what to do for the next steps as it is a plumbing problem with exhaust pipe leak in the attic not a roof leak. This is all done for free. It shows the person't dignity, sincerity and commitment in helping/serving the customers with value mindset(not the money mindset).
