“Great experience with TruRoof!! We had a fairly severe storm blow through a month or so ago we had a leak break out. Before that, we had a bad leak toward the side of our house. I went up in my roof, and I noticed that both leaks were from water coming in between the gaps of the roof decking or plywood where they meet together. I wasn't sure what exactly the cause was.

We reached out to different roofing company and had a horrible experience with them and they actually caused more damage to our roof by installing a tarp and have broken a few shingles. I have been waiting 4 weeks for their inspector to check his calendar for time to inspect my roof.

In the meantime, TruRoof has come out and inspected our house twice and sent a price to repair all the damaged shingles, and two leaks in a span of two weeks or less at a very good price. They also included pictures and explanations of the damage. Noah is incredibly professional and informative. He took the time to explain what was going on. They got me in touch with Jose (Production Manager) and Marvin (Repair Tech), both great guys who also were incredibly professional and informative. They even went into our attic to look for the leak locations. (Something the other company refused to do during discussions)

We had a patio door installed this year. It was custom built with mini blinds inside the windows and it's beautiful! The technicians installed new molding on the interior and exterior that adds to the beauty of our home. I am 1,000% satisfied!

This year we had a new roof installed. One of the roofers accidentally put his foot through the master bedroom ceiling. The repair took two days due to the process but the ceiling is acceptable. I am not sure about the lost insulation.“
