“Ive tried 4 other optometrists in Asheville prior to visiting Optrix. Dr. Kim was pleasant and professional and discussed my sight in detail which others didn't bother to. Her staff also showed great professionalism and care. Despite having to work within my strictures, I felt well cared for by all. After my glasses came in, I did need two adjustment sessions, but I felt well served and well taken care for. I highly recommend this practice and will stick with Optix from now on.“

“It was the day after Thanksgiving, and I thought I had scratched my cornea. If you have ever scratched your cornea, you would know the panic that I felt—it hurts so much. I called my now former optometrist, and some other ophthalmologists in town, and got no calls back. It was then that I called Optix Eyecare. “I recently moved to Asheville from out of state and needed glasses for driving, as mine got lost somewhere along the way! The reviews were mixed, so I called to confirm pricing and how it works. From the moment I walked in, I was helped. Had to answer questions via tablet. Second step was to check vision, then a consult and checking right eye can you read, left eye, etc via zoom or something like that. I have no problem with this and if this keeps costs less, then I am okay with it. So, just be warned. Then time to pick out glasses and I walked away with two pairs one for reading and one for driving at their special price. Damian and the others that worked there were all friendly and helpful at every step. Much appreciated!“
