I was referred to Tim and Guardian by The Detail Shop in Black Mountain for paint-less dent repair.Tim worked with me to find a day, time and location that worked for us both.It took a while to book the appointment—due in part to my availability—but it was well worth the wait.On time, excellent communication, extremely knowledgeable, experienced & professional.I was honestly skeptical as to whether he (or anyone) could work out the many dents on my vehicle, as well as if the results would justify the expense.I’m happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised on both accounts.I had no idea as to the decades of experience and considerable skill Tim brought to bear...read full review
Tim came out today to fix a rather large dent in the quarter panel of my 2023 SUV. About 3”x6”. Fortunately there was no paint damage. After 2 hours, it looks 100% back to new. Very reasonable pricing, and just a really nice guy. Can’t thank him enough.
Tim did a great job removing a difficult dent from a crease on my driver's door. He gave me the best price compared to others, plus he came out to my house and made the process quick and easy. Next time this happens I know who to call.
