I called to ask for my key pad to be serviced, since it would not engage, even though it “had power”. Over the phone, he informed me that even though it was lighting up, it was most likely just a dead battery and he would hate to charge a service call. A $5 battery later and it works like a charm. He could have very easily sold me a $65 service call. Honesty goes a long way in my eyes. They will definitely be my locksmith for any services needed.

This young man Jason I called on Labor Day weekend, he was with his kids on a boat but he lived in the same town as me. He said he would come over after he let his kids off. My porch door accidently locked behind me. He was great.
