Junaluska Family Dentistry is a highly appreciated dental office, known for its excellent service and staff. Every interaction with the staff, including the receptionist, hygienist, assistant, and doctor, is extremely pleasant. They are patient, warm, kind, and professional, making their patients feel comfortable and at ease, even those with severe anxiety. The office is efficient and addresses all concerns, working with patients to ensure their needs are met. Their staff is willing to work with patients to address unusual dental situations and sensory issues. The dentists and their team are skilled and do excellent work, making even emergency appointments painless and quick. They have a great attitude towards their patients and genuinely care for their smiles. Junaluska Family Dentistry is a great place to go for dental care, especially for those who have had unpleasant experiences at other dental offices in the past.
Dr Osborne is a wonderful dentist and has a wonderful staff. I highly recommend him.
I have a complicated medical history and a health fear of dentists, but my goodness am I pleased with this office! My dentist was incredible, so patient and understanding, took his time, and made sure that I had breaks to breathe through my anxiety as he worked. The entire staff is amazing, caring and never made me feel belittled or dramatic, (which is definitely rare from my past dental experiences). I needed an emergency extraction, and they squeezed me in next day, and took such good care of me. I will happily be back!!
Junalusks Dentistry is the best place to go for your dentistry needs. Dr. Osborne and his staff genuinely care about you and make you feel comfortable with each step of treatment. I always have to know "why" on everything and they answer every question I have and they're really nice about it. They have a great office atmosphere and there's always lots of smiles and laughter so it makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. This is the best dental care I've ever received. I highly recommend them to you.
